Privacy Policy

Personal Note

We care about your privacy. At PARAVANA®, we treat your data the way we want ours to be treated. We don’t sell your personal information. We only collect what we need to serve you—like shipping art you buy, enabling meaningful community discussions, or supporting our creative process. We use secure, trusted tools (just like any modern online store or forum) and work hard to protect your information.

Our mission is to create a community to find the divine. We invite everyone to share their own answers to “What’s Divine?” in a thoughtful and welcoming space. Through conversation, art, and shared experience, we hope to find the divine together.

We believe this happens best when we share, learn, and grow as a community. Thank you for being part of this journey.

1. Who We Are

We are PARAVANA – A Community to Find the Divine™. Our website address is: https://PARAVANA.com.

PARAVANA supports multiple community roles (Users, Community Organizers, Providers) working together to create, share, and sell art, organize events, and foster open discussion—helping everyone find the divine in their own way.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what’s needed to:
• Fulfill orders (name, address, email, payment info)
• Manage user accounts (if you choose to create one)
• Process payments securely
• Enable communication (like newsletters you opt into)
• Support community interactions (comments, forums, groups)
• Create and share community-generated artwork
• Learn together as a community through shared insights

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Artist Contributions (3×5 Cards)

At the heart of PARAVANA’s mission is our invitation to share reflections on “What’s Divine?” through 3×5 cards.

You can participate by:
• Submitting handwritten cards in person
• Uploading photos of your cards on our website
• Filling out a text box on the homepage, which creates a forum post in your local Community Organizer’s group to spark discussion

What happens with your submissions:
• Forum posts are public and invite conversation.
• Select 3×5 cards may be used to create AI-assisted, human-reviewed artwork that embodies the card’s message.
• The original 3×5 card text may be included on the back of the artwork offered for sale.
• We feature especially meaningful or popular cards on our website and update these selections regularly.
• Users can also purchase a commission in advance to guarantee their card is turned into artwork.

By submitting a card, you grant PARAVANA permission to:
• Display it publicly in forums
• Use it to inspire, create, and sell derived artwork
• Attribute your submission or keep it anonymous, based on your preference

Our goal is to honor these personal reflections while supporting shared exploration and artistic expression.

4. Insights and Community Reports

PARAVANA exists to find the divine together at a grassroots level, helping us all Share, Learn, and Grow.

We create weekly community reports that highlight meaningful themes, ideas, and insights shared across the platform:
• These reports are written for our community to find the divine.
• We share them via our newsletter and as blog posts on our website.
• They aim to help everyone reflect on “What’s Divine?” by showcasing what people are thinking and feeling.
• Reports focus on general themes and aggregated insights—not personal data.
• We will only include personal details with permission.

Our goal is to make this practice fun, inspiring, and truly communal.

5. Comments and Community Content

When visitors leave comments or participate in discussions:
• We collect the data shown in the form, plus IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam.
• Forum posts and comments are public within the site’s community.
